About Us

We've dedicated ourselves to fulfilling  all of your gift giving needs.  Our specialty gift baskets are filled with outstanding high quality products and absolutely the best value around for all of your personal, corporate and convention gift needs.  Because we're a small business, we can give your needs the attention to detail they deserve.

Most baskets are available from $65.00 - $450.00 sizes, shipping/handling is extra. Each basket is full (with little or no filler material added) of useful, fun and tasty items.   Items included will depend on the price of basket and theme chosen. Every basket includes the items listed* and additional items to complete theme.  Some baskets are only available seasonally. Actual basket size and shape will depend on contents and are packed in sturdy recycled cardboard to prevent movement or damage. Each basket is unique and created with the recipient in mind. 

How long does it take between ordering the basket and shipping to the recipient?

Since every basket is custom made, even our theme baskets, we take longer than some companies to create and ship your order.  We usually need a week to gather items, then allow another week for shipping.  Ideally you need to allow about 2 weeks for your occasion.  That's because we shop for the perfect items to include so you receive true value for your money.   It's like having your own personal shopper. We do offer rush service at an additional cost.  Purchases are non-refundable after ordering as we have probably already started purchasing the items to put in your basket.

Why aren't there more pictures of the actual Baskets on your website?

Because every basket we do is unique and one-of-a-kind it is filled with items specifically for your recipient.  While we have a few stock items we use to give each basket a "theme" most of the items in your basket will be chosen specifically for your recipient or occasion.  Since no two baskets are ever alike (unless ordered that way), it seems pointless to show you a photo of something that you may or may not have in your basket.  Our service is truly "personal" and "custom" as few other basket or gift services are.  You can view our gallery of previously done baskets here.

So how will I know what I am getting?
We put care and thought into each basket we construct.  Browse the comments of our satisfied customers and rest assured we will create a gift that is truly memorable.   Each basket has a few staple items, however if a different item seems to better fit the occasion or recipient better, (or on the unlikely occasion it's unavailable) we will substitute.  All baskets typically contain all or most of the items described in the description as well as several additional items related to the theme.  We do not use cardboard fillers or stuffings.  All baskets except the largest are shrink wrapped in cellophane with a big bow and gift card.

Can I tell you what I want in the basket?
All items in the baskets are subject to availability and price.  If you wish us to create a special order basket for an occasion not listed, we will be happy to give you a custom quote based on the items you would like included.  If you have some idea of what you'd like included in our standard baskets, please let us know and if it's possible for the style and price range you've chosen, we will try to include them.  Please allow additional time for baskets with specific items.

How Do I Order A Gift Basket? How do I pay?
There are several ways.  You can order online here, contact us , or toll-free by telephone at 1-866-700-3437.  You can send a fax order by sending a fax tone to the same number and include a credit card number - or better yet just call us. The more we know about the recipient the better we are able to make a memorable basket.  Be sure to include all information necessary to process your order.  We accept credit cards through Paypal or by telephone.  Checks are also accepted, though there will be a delay for them to clear. 

Can I Place An Order Over The Phone?
Absolutely!  Call us 7 Days a  week from 9 am (EST) to 4 pm (EST) and we'll be happy to assist you. You may also leave a message on our voicemail and we will return your call as soon as possible.  

How soon can I expect a reply if placed over the Internet (by email or though the website)?
We try and return your email within 24 hours - 7 days a week.   Ordinarily the basket will ship to the recipient within a week.

Can I Specify A Message for a Gift Card When Ordering?
Of Course! Just tell us what you would like it to say. To assist us in creating the perfect basket, we ask you fill out our on-line questionnaire to make sure we have all the details we need to build the perfect basket for your recipient.

Do you charge Sales Tax?
Sales tax for Michigan residents is included in the price of the basket. 

I'm Getting An Error When I Try To Place An Order.  What Should I Do?
Please call us at 1-866-700-3437 (toll free) or leave a message.  The Internet and computers can be touchy and there may be any  number of reasons why you are receiving error messages.  If you are trying to place an order from your office, it is possible that a company firewall is installed that will not allow you to do so.

What Methods Of Payment Do You Accept?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover by phone or Paypal. We no longer offer Corporate Billing - all orders MUST be paid in advance.

Are Credit Card Transactions online Safe?
Completely! In fact, it's statistically safer to use your credit card over the Internet than in a restaurant or department store.  PayPal uses current Internet security technology to encrypt order information through the use of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption and our site transactions are secured by Starfield.  We use Paypal for online credit card orders they are an established, reputable and proven payment service.  We can also take your credit card by phone.

Why Would My Credit Card Be Declined If There Are Sufficient Funds In My Account?
In order to protect our customers from fraudulent transactions, the billing address you list on your order must match the address that your credit card company sends your statement to.  If the billing address listed on your order differs from your bank's records, you could be declined.  Please verify that your credit card account information is correct and matches that of your credit card company to ensure that they have your most up-to-date information.

When Do You Charge My Credit Card?
Your credit card is charged on the day your gift is ordered. Credit card orders will show up on your bill as COMALLEY, our parent company.  

How Do I Get A Copy Of An Invoice For My Order?
Paypal provides a packing slip, we can send you the link to this in our confirmation email upon request. We do not send it to the gift recipient's address. 

What will be in the basket ?

Every basket is custom made - the items in it are purchased just for your order. Availability of every item described may not be possible due to seasonal or stock issues. We will subsititue comparable or better items if necessary. Our basket service is very similar to having your own personal shopper with a creative flair that will do all the legwork for you in creating the ultimate personal gift. We also try and meet requests for specific items to be included in a basket, if available. Freshness is not a concern as most of the items in the basket are non-food items. When we use food products, they are purchased upon receipt of your order. This is one advantage of dealing with a small company such as ours - everything is store-fresh and has not be sitting on shelves in a warehouse before your basket is made.

Can I Request A Custom Gift Basket?
Yes!  We're delighted to create a gift basket that suits your particular needs and budget.  EVERY basket we design is a custom basket. Each item is chosen to fit a theme and your recipient and will fit the design, theme, color and quality of the gift basket.

What kind of guarantee do you offer?
Because each basket is one-of-a-kind - we do not accept returns or refunds. We strongly recommend you ask the items be insured in case there is a problem with the shipment. We are not responsible for loss or damage if insurance is not purchased. If there is a problem with the basket other than damage during shipment, or similar circumstances, it will be handled on a case-by-case basis - contact us.

After I Order, How Long Does It Take To Ship/Deliver The Gift Basket?
Most orders are be shipped within 3-7 business days after they are complete. If you request something unusual, it may take longer. Please allow enough lead time as all baskets are shipped Parcel Post, Priority USPS or FedEx depending on size, to their destination. Rush shipments are available at an additional cost. 

Will I Receive A Shipment Confirmation Including A Tracking Number?
Yes.  On the day your gift is shipped you will receive a delivery confirmation number for tracking purposes. If requested, you will also receive by email a link to your PayPal packing slip if purchased through PayPal.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Shipping is based upon weight and sometimes dimensional weight. Since each order is unique, shipping is estimated using the following rate chart based on the price of the basket. When considering our shipping and delivery charges, particularly those requiring rush service, keep in mind that our gifts can be quite large and expensive to ship Express or overnight. To ensure arrival in perfect condition they are packed into heavy duty cardboard boxes  with plenty of packing materials to eliminate shifting during transport.

Large baskets are shipped by FedEx Ground or USPS.  Allow 10 days for arrival, though it may be less. Shipping prices are based upon the box dimensional weight once packed. The USPS and FedEx charge for dimensional weight not actual weight when shipping by any level of air service.  When compared to the average $25 cost of a flat 9x12 UPS Next Day letter of 2-lbs, an average charge of $50 for shipping a 5-lb basket in a bulky protective box is reasonable.

Parcel Post 7-8 business day delivery   add 15% to order

Priority Mail 2-3 business day delivery   add 24% to order

Express Mail 1 business day delivery   add 55% to order

Can I bill my shipping charges to my UPS or FedEx account number?
Yes! We're happy to ship your gifts using your UPS or FedEx account number. A $10.00 shipping and handling fee  will be added to your order for each gift sent using your account number. Please let us know if you plan to do this as it cannot be accomodated through the shopping cart.

When Will My Gift Basket Arrive?
We ship from mid-Michigan.  USPS and FedEx Ground arrival times vary depending on the state your gift is going to. Most packages arrive within 2-4 business after shipping Priority USPS or FedEx Ground, however, if the basket is quite heavy it will be shipped on our regular shipping day once a week by FedEx and may take up to 10 days.

When ordering, keep in mind that neither FedEx Ground nor the US Postal Service offers package pick up on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.  USPS Priority Mail is delivered Monday - Saturday. If you have any questions about rates beyond Parcel Post, Priority or FedEx Ground, please contact us.

* The USPS does not guarantee this service. While items generally arrive in 2 to 3 days, the USPS allows up to 14  days for delivery. Refunds will not be given for items that do not arrive on time no matter the carrier used.

Local Delivery Areas
Local delivery is not available at this time nor is local pickup available. We are a mail-order company only and prefer to use shipping by USPS or FedEx exclusively.

Do you offer International Shipping?
 Yes!   We will email you to confirm the total amount. Because each country has different requirements and charges, we are unable to process this information online. Also, what may be included in your basket is limited by customs requirements.  Please note, because these baskets are often large, shipping will be more expensive.

What about shipments to Alaska and Hawaii?
Gifts going to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, UPS 2 Day or USPS Express Mail only. Ground shipping is not available to these states. Like international destinations, we will email you with the correct shipping  charges. 

Will I be charged for the redelivery of gift baskets?
Redelivery charges will apply to orders requiring reshipment due to incorrect delivery information. Delivery services will not forward to another address.

 

What Is your Privacy Policy?
We are committed to protecting your privacy.  We promise that your name and any information you provide at our web site, by e-mail or over the phone will not be sold, exchanged or leased to any other organization(s) or person(s).

What If I Need Several Of The Same Basket Sent To Different Addresses?
Again, our baskets are all unique so it's quite possible they will not be EXACTLY the same. However, if we know in advance you need X number of similar baskets we will purchase items accordingly. Ours is a custom Gift Basket service - we shop for items specific to your basket upon your order.  Different addresses are not a problem, as we charge separate shipping on all orders.

What Does It Mean When There Is More Than One Price For A Gift Basket?
Many of our gift baskets are available in assorted sizes accomodated by your budget. The basic items listed in the description are included unless unavailable. However, as the price lowers, we accommodate that lower price by using fewer items or items that are smaller in size.

What Size Are The Items In The Gift Baskets?
We believe you deserve the best in quality and value and mainly use full size products in our gift baskets.   This means that unlike other  basket companies, that use fillers to fill the basket with small "travel" sizes, we mostly use full sized, retail products. Your recipient gets a basket with value and useable products - not just a pretty gift.

Do the gift baskets containing chocolates need refrigeration?
Fedex or other delivery companies that we work with don't refrigerate gift baskets that contain chocolate inside. It is possible that the chocolates inside your gift baskets could melt during delivery in a hot climate.  We do take this into consideration when preparing your basket, but have no control over the conditions present during shipment.

 

When do you make the gift basket? Do you make them ahead and store them?
We take great pride in our products and make all of our gift baskets at the time they are ordered.  While this can mean more work for us, it insures that you receive the freshest most delicious products. Our baskets are also unique in that they are not just food baskets. Many of the items in them are actual tools, utinsels, toys, clothing and other products that can be reminders or keepsakes after the basket is used up.

What are your hours of operation?
We are available to take your orders 24/7 via our website.
